At Aspire for Higher, we are dedicated to the long-term development of our athletes and coaches. We have identified a gap between grade 8 when our athletes age out of our programming and grade 11 when athletes can begin working as junior coaches for our summer camps and leagues. To close this gap, A4H has developed a 2-week comprehensive leadership program that will prepare participants to be sports coaches. 

Hiring for the following summer will prioritize individuals who have completed our leadership program.
