The A4H Staff is made up of professional athletes, current college and university student athletes, and accredited teaching professionals with impressive athletic (and academic) resumes. We offer in-school programs and presentations for each our core sports and wellness programs. Physical Education Class Take Over
A4H coaches act as guest instructors and lead your schools Physical Education classes. Our interactive sessions focus on teaching the fundamentals of the game to your students by implementing a variety of activities, drills and fun games! Our staff stress the importance of communication and teamwork as keys to the success of all games.
This is also an opportunity for our staff to provide your Physical Education teachers with exciting drills that they can implement in their own classes.

School Team Clinics
A4H offers free clinics with your school's junior and senior sport teams. Our interactive staff will take your athletes through a variety of intense activities and drills that will keep your athletes engaged the entire session. Our staff stress the importance of teamwork, resiliency and sportsmanship throughout the clinics.
This is also an opportunity for our staff to provide key takeaways for coaches to use next season.

Wellness Sport Program
The Wellness Sport Program is a fun an interactive program that uses sport and educational sessions to improve youth's mental wellness. his program focuses on developing leadership, improving physical activity and educational sessions on mental wellness topics and anti-Black racism. All of the educational content is aligned with the Ontario curriculum.
